Vocabulary

| Tenant (customer) | A shop with its own data, keys and license, isolated from the rest |
| Environment | test or live. Data and keys are completely separate |
| Event | A Yape notification detected by the app |
| Reconciliation | Matching an event with an open order |
| Connector | Magento module that publishes orders and collects matches |
| Policy | What Magento may do with a match (shadow, annotate, assisted, automatic) |
| Unique amount | A 0–99 cent adjustment so every open order has a different total |
| Heartbeat | Periodic liveness signal from the phone or connector |

Reconciled (RECONCILED) |
Matches exactly one open Yape order |
Suspicious (SUSPICIOUS) |
Needs review: no order, ambiguous or unusual amount |
Conflict (CONFLICT) |
Clashes with something already reconciled (duplicate or double payment) |
Unreadable (UNREADABLE) |
Original text was kept but amount and sender could not be extracted |
